Carmen is excellent and understands how to cut curly hair - something I’ve struggled to find elsewhere! She took her time with the wash and cut, gave a great style in the blow dry and double checked the cut at the end. Very thorough.

Virtually painless, I really love their special hot wax! Treatment room is a bit small, but other than that everything was perfect
