I distinctly asked for no layers, understanding that the ones that I had would need a little trim. However, I now have hacked, chunky really short layers that are completely uneven on the sides and have to wear my hair up every day. I made it really clear that I was trying to grow all my layers out and am very disappointed and quite upset that I'm back even further than square one. I tried to get used to it for a week or so trying to style it myself but it is just a terrible cut.
