Carmen was lovely! She listened to what I wanted, but was a professional guide. She didn't take too much off and checked everything with me first. She's was very knowledgeable and gave me a few hair tips! Lovely cut and blow-dry which has lasted three days and counting... Also super gentle with my hair when cutting and blow-drying; I was very relaxed. It's so nice to get a haircut especially this year. Just to receive a little bit of pampering and attention - Carmen did an excellent job. :)
