I reall hate leaving bad reviews but I have to this time. In theory putting on Shellac should not be that tricky, but obviously it was. Colour is uneven, there is a nailpolish on my cuticles as well, which means it's going to fall out very quickly. Top coat was put on carelessly. I won't give this place another try, because there is many other ways to spend money. I think not caring about your customers' satisfaction is how you lose them. I'm sorry but If you can't do it properly, don't do it.

I had my eyelashes redone by Leyla after not being to happy with them the first time. I was impressed that she called me as it showed that the staff care about making sure clients are happy and return. I was able to book a time that suited me and we agreed for today. Leyla made me feel comfortable, explained what she was doing and discussed the look I wanted. My lashes are now very neat, you cannot see / feel the glue and very natural looking. Perfect for work. I wanted singles but it looks like clusters were used - I hate clusters. So much glue has been used all my lashes are stuck together at the lash line and I cant brush through them! Lashes are too long, I wasnt even asked what length I would like! Doesnt look natural at all. I also had glue on both eyelids that took me 10min to rub off! Rubbish… dont bother. Spend a little more elsewhere for a better result. I wanted to look nice and cheer myself up, now I feel like a damn clown
