Had an app greeted by the owner who spoke to a member of staff in a foreign language and the left. Therapist took me int a hallway with one chair I needed to take off makeup and she had no remover or water so I left as felt she didn’t have a clue as to what to do. Really really bad experience

I’ve never felt rushed and unwelcome in a salon before. My hair was cut very quickly and not gently. Same with the blow dry it was very rushed. The hairdresser did not seem to want to even cut my hair. Luckily my haircut is okay but wouldn’t return
