So on treatwell you can find package of 8 sessio, you can pay but when you arrive to the venue they say they can't provide that session. So you paid for a service which they don't offer. My question isv who is the scammer? Treatwell because they put their package on the app, or the venue because they offered the service on treatwell but after they are not able to provide it anymore?
