The therapist was a bit rude, she was talking all the time with her family members. The experience was not as relaxing as I had hoped.

I feel the colour was not how described. Not to mention the lady thinned out my hair so much, literally I feel bald!! Have to wait till hair grows back. Always some problem happening in this salon. Customers are complaining.
