I arrived on time for my 11:30 appointment which I had booked online, and was told I'd have to wait for 20 minutes, although I had especially booked it for that time. They managed to get to me quicker, but still later than I booked. If you have a booking service, stick to it. Additionally, my manicure came right off just two days later, when it should last at least two weeks.
