Arrived 5 mins before time & the salon was closed. Therapist then arrived at 3 mins past my appointment time. The salon was closed so she had to go & get keys across the road. Went in and there was no cleaning or washing of hands. Threading was ok, very past & little rough caused a cut (no apology) she then went on to say she couldn’t do the upper lip wax as the wax was cold so had to use threading. Then tried to charge me for the threading which was more than the wax that I booked.

I have been going to Sunny for a few years now for my waxing, eyebrows and facials and I cannot fault her. She’s absolutely amazing at her work and pays attention to detail. I’ve been elsewhere in the past and I’ve never had waxing as pain free as I have done when going to Sunny. Her facials are thorough and she also goes through her recommendations on products for your skin. I always leave with glowing skin and a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

The “extraction” took just a couple of minutes and I could have done it myself with the pore strips from the pharmacy. If you don’t know how to do an extraction then don’t advertise a facial with extraction. I also didn’t like that the therapist kept trying to sell me other treatments and was quite pushy. Also the towels and blankets were dirty and stained. The therapist was nice, I can imagine she just started so she simply doesn’t know better. Hopefully this feedback can be of help to improve.
