Staff were pretty rough. And the one I cut my hair with said some rude comments which of course weren't appreciated. In addition the haircut took way to short for my hair, she really rushed the treatment even though I payed for longer time than it took.

Elena did such a beautiful job with this hairstyle. She took exactly what I showed her in photos and made it happen with my short, fairly hard to manage hair. Amazing.
