Elena made me feel very welcomed. Its one to one & great. Elena also has considerable skill and attentiveness, as a stylist. I put my full trust in her, as she was consistently pleasant and interesting, whilst doing a very good job of transforming my hair from long straggly mess of three lockdowns, (I.e over a year of no haircut,) to a beautiful bob. This was exactly what I asked for and Elena created, very swiftly and professionally. Attention to Covid safety was fully observed, by Elena, too.
