Elena, the hairdresser who cut my 11-month-old baby’s hair, was utterly wonderful. She was extraordinarily patient, and had a delightful manner with my daughter: she knew when she’d had enough and would need a break for a while. And she took the time and effort to untangle a huge matted knot in my daughter’s hair, as cutting it off would have left an unsightly bald patch. Best of all, she gave my daughter a real, grown-up haircut, with layers at the back. We will be going back, again and again, and recommending to all our baby friends.
