The salon felt really empty. Only one member of staff and no other customers. Women like to chat to other customers. Such a pity that there’s only one staff member and the rest of the chairs are empty. It feels like a graveyard!! The other salons in the area are busy and have lots of ambience. This is what customers like to have.
