I bkd with Van (as I've been to her b4 & was vy pleased) but got passed on to someone else even though there were no other customers in the salon at the time. Same thing happened last time as well. Seems they take no notice of customers' booking preference - not bad result to be fair, but won't be going back.

Had a lovely experience with the friendly ladies at Sunny Spa. The shellac nails look great, colour choice is excellent and they were efficient and careful with my manicure, which looks fantastic. I’ve had many compliments! Looking forward to returning!
Gel Nails Manicure
I never attended the appointment and contacted the salon via e-mail asking if I can reschedule without additional pay as I have prepaid here on Treatwell. The person responding to the e-mail - 'so called manager' did respond this is fine and I can book my appointment, which I did. After getting my nails done the lady at the salon had no clue that I paid nor about the whole situation and refused to call the manager or clarify this at all! Very disappointed and will not recommend it to anyone.
