I loved that my beautician paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable. This did, however, mean that this session took a lot longer than I'm normally used to. I didn't verbally say anything to the lady because I've seen this being done in a lot of places but 1. Double dipping was done the whole time 2. Any extra wax after you're done is scraped back into the pot(s) 3. She went over many areas quite a few times for 2-3 strands of hair when a tweezer could have been used. I would have given this place 5 stars had it not been for those 3 issues. She also charged me an extra £5 for doing the back which is 'normally' included in a Brazilian wax but she only told me when I was paying at the counter. I'm alright with this as I was going to tip her £5 anyway for being so meticulous.
