My first experience of the parlour wasn't great, upon entry the manager was too busy ordering his lunch to acknowledge me. When he did he let me know the massage therapist was running 10 minutes late. But in the end as she was occupied doing another customer's nails it made her 30 minutes late for my 60 minute massage. The treatment room itself was a bit cold and I could hear conversations outside in reception which meant I could not fully relax. The massage itself was good.

This was my first visit to the salon and was apprehensive, I was soon put at ease by Sophie, who was very kind and talked me through all the treatments .
She was so understanding and put me at ease, the massage was very relaxing and I loved my new look with the spray tan.
I recommend this salon and will be returning very soon.
