Kiran was very friendly & she was helpful
My treatment was thorough, not rushed in any way
The 2 treatment beds are separated by a curtain -but my appointment was fine as no other treatment was on the other bed.
One rattling thing (& happens at other places) is how cold the products are! Long trail of cold lotion (squeezed directly on skin like squeezing ketchup on a hotdog!) came as a shock - wish beauticians would find a way to warm products up!!
