Eyebrow waxing was the the best, least painful waxing I’ve ever had, 10/10
Face massage was not so relaxing; stop start music on phone, could hear other clients being waxed while I was left with face mask on, facial felt mediocre, 3/10

I was unhappy with my experience. I clearly asked for a Hollywood wax but to leave a triangle on top, just cleaned and trimmed. However, Kiran waxed the triangle area anyway and insisted it was better to remove everything. That was not my personal preference, and I wasn’t asked before the decision was made. I don’t think it’s appropriate to make choices for a customer without confirming first. The positioning during the service was also uncomfortable. Overall, I left unsatisfied.
