She didn’t put the chrome to the very edges, so I could see the white polish underneath. She also didn’t use enough top coat, so the chrome started chipping immediately after I left the salon. I’m a long time customer so I was extremely disappointed & called it in and they said they would replace it for free, which is great, but still a hassle to have to find time to go back in before my holiday. Thankfully the guy who did my replacement was so meticulous and they were perfect!
They were running 15 minutes late which was a bit annoying - I had booked a 9am appointment as I had somewhere to be - but after that it was quick and effective. I would have preferred them to go a bit closer to the bottom of my nail bed/cuticle rather than leaving a gap as the ultimate result didn’t last super long, but it looked great while it lasted
