I had my pedicure done and it was very poor. Nails were not shaped properly and they did not remove dry skin from my feet at all. I get it done better myself at home. I saw how they did manicures and looks way more professional.

Venue had no record of my booking and hadn’t opened when I arrived. I was asked to come back 20 minutes and told that they don’t use Treatwell (they were just going to send me away until I pointed out i had already paid). Treatment took place in a storage cupboard with a girl straddling my thigh, while waiting for the tint to develop I was told to sit back by the front door (looking like an idiot with comedy brows at this point). Never going back.

I thoroughly recommend this place. The staff are extremely professional and efficient and you get great value for money. I can't wear nail colour for work and this is one of the only places where I can get a decent manicure at a reasonable price, without having a colour. I have seen other reviewers commenting on the fact that the staff do not talk to them. For me this is a plus: I go there to get a manicure not to discuss the weather, how quickly christmas has come around, or where I am going on my holidays.
