I wasn't very impressed with the treatment. The pedicure was okay and the guy that did it was nice but they left me for 30mins to soak my feet which I found was unnecessary but they all seemed to be very busy with other clients. The manicure wasn't very satisfactory, they didn't do it like other salons (no soaking my fingers or tidying up cuticles) they did very minimal shaping to my nails and then straight to colour. I might go back for a pedicure again but definitely not for a manicure.

Polish on my toes is a little uneven and no time spent on cuticles before my extensions on my hands.
But apart from that a lovely job and I am satisfied.

Jackson was lovely and really good at what he does! However the manager told ne I had to pay extra for shellac because nail art is apparently incompatible with a standard manicure. I wish this had been specified at the time of booking. It was my first manicure so I had no idea, and I felt like I didn't have much choice as I did this for a special occasion. My nails still look great two days later so hopefully it'll last a good while.
