It was not Anna who did my nails. They used a tool with motor to removed my shellac nails leaving my nails completely scratched. I don't recommend them for shellac removal.

Need phoebe to adhere to appointment times as I was taken 35 minutes late, but the nails are always fantastic

My shellac lasted for 3 days. I’ve booked with Anna but then one of the boys,which are usually really good,assisted me. But this time my shellac lasted 3 days. Two nails broke and one chipped. Went back to get it fixed and I’ve carefully explained that one of the broken nail was still attached to the skin so I have asked to be careful. Same guy - didn’t even look properly and cut it quickly making my finger bleed. Not even disinfected it, put on a nail chip on it and didn’t fix the other nail.
