Jackson was lovely and really good at what he does! However the manager told ne I had to pay extra for shellac because nail art is apparently incompatible with a standard manicure. I wish this had been specified at the time of booking. It was my first manicure so I had no idea, and I felt like I didn't have much choice as I did this for a special occasion. My nails still look great two days later so hopefully it'll last a good while.

It was not Anna who did my nails. They used a tool with motor to removed my shellac nails leaving my nails completely scratched. I don't recommend them for shellac removal.

Need phoebe to adhere to appointment times as I was taken 35 minutes late, but the nails are always fantastic
