My shellac lasted for 3 days. I’ve booked with Anna but then one of the boys,which are usually really good,assisted me. But this time my shellac lasted 3 days. Two nails broke and one chipped. Went back to get it fixed and I’ve carefully explained that one of the broken nail was still attached to the skin so I have asked to be careful. Same guy - didn’t even look properly and cut it quickly making my finger bleed. Not even disinfected it, put on a nail chip on it and didn’t fix the other nail.

I entered 5 minutes before my booking and was ignored until 22 minutes after my appointment time, however a walkin entered after me and was greeted instantly and her treatment began before mine. Had I not prepaid I would not have waited. When I was eventully seen to the service provided was excellent but not by the therapist assigned in my booking and the manicure was done well in good time

Got an amazing green black ombre set by Peter who did a great job. In love with my villainous nails. They were available on short notice as well which was very accommodating. They also do repairs which is super useful.
