We came in, 15 mins early to the appointments which we had made. One person (not Anna) took us both, which meant it was completed very slowly. No lie - it took 2.5 hours.
The problem was that they kept taking 'walk ins' whilst I was sat for ages with my nails half done, waiting to be seen. We subsequently missed an appointment due to this.
Great nails, but I don't reckon I'll be back in a rush.
