I am a regular here and my experiences have been occasionally hit-and-miss! The leg wax was effectively pointless, and I had to ask the shave the very next day and continuously over the holiday that I had got it for :-/
Also it's important to note that the hollywood treatment is sold as hot wax but I've found they will use strips unless specifically asked, which is a shame for those of us with sensitive skin.

I can't rate this highly enough. Eva really knows what she is doing - great pressure and great at working out knots. I've been a few times now and highly recommend.

Very nice consultant although treatment was a little costly for the time and treatment delivered. Will try again however as booking and hours are very convient
