I’d seen amazing reviews so was looking forward to my appointment but….. no consultation at all on either the facial or massage about skin type, pressure, products, etc. The massage was far too intense and I had painful bruising for four days after.

The atmosphere was great. Very nice , clean and smelt great, which made it an overally relaxing visit. Kate was very good and paid attention to the tension areas which got me very relaxed and added that extra bit of excellence to the experience. I would definitely be going back
