Had a really nice greeting on entering the salon. Shown to the treatment room and Nana left while I prepared myself for my massage. When she came back she asked what sort of massage I would like, soft, medium or hard? Which was good as I normally prefer a soft to medium massage. Really good massage and Nana even got the knots out in my shoulders.
