Michelle was ok, I asked her to cut my hair into a shoulder length bob. She then asked if I wanted it feathered at the sides and cut shorter at the back, even though I had already said “all one length” and showed her a photo. Her washing & head massage skills are terrible as she has massive nails. She then forgot to put on a heat defence spray before she dried my hair & remembered half way through. Then brushed my hair with a disgusting hair filled brush. What a disgrace & I WON’T be back.

Very relaxed - had a lovely head massage during the wash and conditioning. Nice that the salon is tucked away in the corner of the supermarket so you don't have people watching you as you relax. Michelle was really friendly and listened carefully to what I wanted. I'll definitely be back.

The lady stylist was relaxed, friendly and obviously knew what she was doing. She explained throughout the process and wasn't thrown by customers popping in to book appointments.
I also had a patch test for a future keratin treatment.
She meticulously explained what I should look out for in case I turned out to be allergic (I didn't). What an absolute pro. Recommended.
