The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted. I had the area manager before who was in store but chose not to advise her. Firstly the hair I felt was not sectioned like the last time it was a case of along the bottom. And I said I like it bouncy waves she styled it straight. A shame realy the first time I felt fabulous.
