Good haircut, pleased with style and finish

I love going to Supercuts Banbury. I have never had a haircut I didn't like. The staff have always been very friendly and professional.

My cut was interrupted 4 times due to answering a personal phone call on her mobile, tending to a walk in customer with a hair test, plus walk ins.
The cut wasn't what I wanted, no shape plus when I got home and washed it the fringe was slanted.. too much for me to do anything with it, she obviously hid it when she'd finished. Not happy at all
I went back after another hair cut I wasn't happy with to try another stylist.. again not listening to what the customer wants.
I require a full refund...
