The worst haircut. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, she was in a hurry and I told her maybe would be better to wash my hair as I didn't mind paying extra. She said no, because she was in a hurry. Now I have to go again to the hairdressers but won't be there

So happy with my new haircut. Had lots of positive comments at work - from adults and children. Once person called it 'edgy'! Michelle listened carefully and checked details as we went to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. She's so easy to chat to as well. Thoroughly happy and will be back again.
