This is the second time Manuela has cut my hair and she is clearly v experienced and natural with clients. Extremely friendly and attentive. The reassurance i felt at my first appointment meant I went back for a second time.

I have had the most dreadful hair, cut and styled by Michelle I'm too embarrassed to go to work or go out. She did not listen to what I wanted and I got exactly the opposite. I asked for a tidy up and ended up with hair to short to anything with and it is patchy I am deeply upset.
