Sam was great and really tidied up my hair. I felt as if I’d had a real treat. It looked the best ever.

Michelle the stylist was very good and listened to what I wanted but there were some managers in the salon who took her away from me before she had finished and chatted to her for five minutes and left me sitting there. Very unprofessional of them which was a shame as the stylist was very good.

Lovely lady very friendly but I was a bit concerned with cross contamination. She picked up a hair brush, pulled out the hair of a previous client then used it to brush my hair. She then needed a hair clip and took one out from a client next to me and used it on me.
I did mention that my hair sprung back when dry and not to cut my fringe too short, she cut it then cut it again and yes it's too short, no worries it'll grow back.
