Michelle is lovely and friendly and listened to what I wanted and was pleased with the hair cut. However, when I arrived I was told to take my coat off and had to hang it up and put my own gown on. At the end of the cut I had to get my coat. I asked if there was a waste bin and was told it was in the kitchen.
I felt the salon needed a bit of a clean and tidy up.
