Really disappointed with the cut I received. Now that I’ve washed it I realise how uneven the ends are and the layers have been cut in at all different levels and was just cut across the hair down with scissors it has left me with split ends all throughout the hair and looks so frizzy when my hair is usually so glossy. As the layers were cut in so short like this I can’t even have it fixed elsewhere until it has grown out further. I won’t be going back to supercuts.

Michelle the stylist was very good and listened to what I wanted but there were some managers in the salon who took her away from me before she had finished and chatted to her for five minutes and left me sitting there. Very unprofessional of them which was a shame as the stylist was very good.
