Michelle really listened, and put in many foils in exactly the right colour. The result was stunning and I have had lots of compliments about how beautifully my hair has been coloured. I wanted non-yellow highlights, and that's exactly what I got - they are beautifully platinum blonde and well contrasted. Michelle is a very professional and talented lady.
