I went for consultation that was not arranged. Michelle was more than happy to help me. I then decided to book an appointment. I am going grey and have blonde highlights elsewhere which has caused some damage. Michelle listened to me and gave good advice and most of all sorted my hair out. It's now has shine back and feels good. This lady is sooo lovely and helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I will definatley be back for my next appointment. Thank you so much Michelle x
