I've been told my hair is difficult to manage because it's thick, but Sam gave me a perfect haircut in minutes! I'm very happy with it several days later, it is easy to style and looks fab. Covid rules were adhered to, it felt safe. Sam was lovely to talk to. Overall, an excellent experience and I'm looking forward to my next cut!
