Shut! I arrived for a pre booked appointment to a closed salon. No message or contact. I tried messaging and calling but nothing. Wasted an hour of my life and 20 miles of fuel. So disappointed

I went in with photos of what I wanted done, I came out with the worse hair cut I have ever had. The top did not blended into the sides it was like she just cut round a bowl, even the back was uneven. Nothing close to the photo. Had to go elsewhere to get it sorted. They were shocked with the cut I have received.
I would never go back to the saloon and I would warn people to stay away.

The atmosphere is a bit noisy/distracting as it's within Sainsbury's supermarket but couldn't fault Sam the hairdresser who was polite, professional, thorough and did a very good haircut. She checked exactly what I wanted throughout the cut. I am very pleased with my haircut. I also liked that I could use the website to book my appointment, choosing the time/date to suit me. Will definitely use again.
