I had to wait 15 minutes later than my appointment time.
Although Sam is very nice lady, when I got home I found a section of hair underneath to be longer one side than the other, and I had asked for some weight to be cut out from my very thick hair but this was not carried out. The hair cut was very basic, what you would expect from a trainee at college.
