This was my first visit to the Banbury salon. I was very impressed with the high standard of my hair cut, and the expertise and friendliness of Sam who was my hairdresser. I’ll certainly be going back for my next haircut!

Booked thinking that Michelle would be cutting my hair as she has before. Disappointed to find she had left. The lady that did cut my hair seemed very hesitant and my bob style requested turned out to be rather bitty in places. Sadly won't be rebooking with Supercuts at Sainsbury's any time soon.

It wasn’t sam who cut my hair. She cut it before & did a really great job. It was another lady who seemed to lack experience & knowledge. I have very thick curly hair. I arrived with it straight, which is how I wear it. She blow dried it with a big brush, but then didn’t offer to straighten it. Also, she tried to cut my fringe without straightening it before or after, I had to tell her to do this. she couldn’t see how my hair laid, & I requested layers which I didn’t get. Disappointed.
