The hairdresser was lovely and very nice but the haircut itself was awful. I have pictures of my daughter fringe which was uneven and literally big chunks just missed and left uncut. Same for the main part of her haircut.
The woman, Bin, clipped up the middle/top of my hair and clippered off the rest up to my crown at the back. When my neck-length hair wouldn't go through the clippers, she bunched up clumps of hair and chopped them off roughly. She trimmed the ends of the long bit at the top and that was it. She can't be a qualified hairdresser.
I had chemo for cancer several years ago and I was less upset about losing my hair then than I was after this haircut. I feel like I've been assaulted and humiliated.
Stylist was excellent and although salon quiet due to COVID rules I had a great experience.
Was feeling unwell after treatment- NO connection- and was offered help and care by stylist which was appreciated.
