I had an issue with my haircut. I only asked to cut the ends and clean my hair as I try to let them longer. However Anna cut them more than what we said at the start which she should have asked me and also she decided to change my hairstyle and she cut my hair in different layers which I hate. I noticed that when we finished and I asked her but she said she cut it on layers to clean the ends better. That was unacceptable and she was very kind but not happy with the actual service.

Highly recommend this salon. Very calm environment despite being in a supermarket. Anna is amazing.
