Julia was both welcoming, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I showed her a couple of photos, one when I was younger to give her a sense of what I was looking for. We spoke about it for a short while and hey presto, she gave me what I was looking for! I want to praise her but at the same time don't want to lose her to anyone else! lol. She's too good.
