Have been with Mandela before, she is lovely and listens to what you want before she starts cutting. She is friendly and although she was really busy on the day I went she doesn’t rush you

I expected the lady that was there before, I was 10 mins late so I said i was happy to make another appointment but she kept looking at her watch then the clock then shaking her head and saying she had another customer thi lasted for 5 mins, then she said ok. I specifically said I don’t won’t length at front cut but wanted a long bob with the back lower than my collar but she cut it above the collar and all the way round and did exactly what I asked her not to and cut all length at front off

Anna cut my daughter s hair for the second time. She is so patient and friendly. We would love to go to her again. My original booking had to altered slightly but Anna communicated this well and was able to cater to the new appointment well. She is excellent.
