She said she was a great colourist,but my hair turned out orange. She then said shall I start the cut but I was so upset I said no you have done enough damage.And I think I shouldn't have paid.

No problem with the poor stylist, who was overworked & on her own all day. However upon arriving I was told the children’s shampoo & haircut didn’t include any hairdrying & I had to ask if I could dry my daughters hair myself as it is winter & we were going somewhere else straight after. stylist informed me I should have booked to have the hair dried in addition to the cut. There isn’t an option on your booking menu to choose a separate blow dry for children. Please look into this, many thanks.
