Sam is very attentive from the warm welcome until you leave. Listens to what you want and checks that you're happy all the way through. Very good haircut. I get compliments about my hair from people since coming to Sam. Would highly recommend.

Nice stylist, chatty and friendly. Salon dirty, looked very unkempt.
Hair was washed, style discussed, and then cut. Stylist asked me at all stages whether she was cutting enough off or not.
Blow-dry was poor.
Got home and washed it myself, started to blow-dry it and found a fairly big section that hadn't actually been cutasit waslong and not blended in. Had to get my partner to cut it, in order for it to look right
Now it's been levelled up, it's fine, but I really didn't expect that from a stylist

The venue is perfect being in Sainsbury's store as there is ample parking. Sam is not only a lovely person but is a very talented stylist and her shampooing is second to none.
