Gabby was lovely but she had had two complaints earlier in the day she told me which I thought wasn’t very professional in telling me and then that gave me reason to look out for her to make a mistake on my daughters haircut
She had her 5 year old daughter there which I completely understand but just felt so sorry for mother and daughter

Took almost an hour to have my daughters hair cut and the front is awful, uneven and not level. I will now have to take her somewhere else to get this mess fixed.
