The opening of this new salon in Victoria Place, Woking is welcome after the closure of the Cobham branch. Parking is easy and it's reassuring to have some of the 'old' staff in attendance. All fittings and furnishings are new and attractive, making the experience very enjoyable.

I found the whole experience quite uncomfortable for a number of reasons. I’m happy to discuss why and what happened, but I don’t feel like my feedback is anonymous and I’m still quite upset about it all.

I can speak English, French, Spanish fluently and all Arabic accents and dialects. I studied experimental sciences, genetics and also I have a degree in law.
