I went on the opening day 26/2/25 of the new branch in Woking, and what a fab new salon it was! Really comfortable massage chair whilst having my hair washed that I could have quite happily stayed in all day! Really nice stylist too, I could not fault my visit and will be returning.

I turned up for my appointment in Cobham and it was shut. I was notified that the venue had been shut for 4 weeks yet I received a reminder from Treatwell. I have submitted a complaint and await my refund for £44.93
