I had a on line booked appointment on Sunday . When I turned up at 3pm the 2 stylists were obviously running very late . Another booked client turned up and was very angry with the staff that they were running late. The atmosphere was very hostile. My stylist, Luiz was very good, calm and professional, but he was being urged to hurry up by the other stylist which I was not happy about. When I went to pay, the other stylist changed me £29.95 . But with my booking stated payment was only £25.99

Karmen was fantastic and cut my hair beyond my expectations, I went in not sure what was best as my hair had got very long and I couldn't decide the best style came out with a fantastic haircut. thank you.
