The hairdressing service is nice . I go there to cut my hair usually and they do a pretty good job .
I wouldn’t recommend the manicure service. I think they shouldn’t offer this service at all . The materials are very poor quality, specially the nail colours . The staff lack manicure training . I was very disappointed when I had my nails done . Plus the staff will continue to the next customer leaving you waiting hours to correct wrongly done manicure. Overall they are friendly and welcoming

Sammy was lovely and reassuring during the bikini wax, however she missed massive patches that I only saw once I’d got home. Disappointed as she did a really good job on the patches she did do
