I had booked with another stylist, but 10 minutes before my appointment I was told that I was going to have another stylist.
I tried to explain how I wanted my hair to be trimmed. I was immediately told that I would have to pay extra. This was not the case at my last visit.
I don’t think that the stylist could work with my hair. He complained that it was too dry! How rude! In the end, I think he just gave up.

Luiz was lovely, he did a good job washing, cut abd blow drying my hair. Listened to the style I wanted and incorporated that very well. The atmosphere was nice, the massage chair was a bonus whilst washing my hair. It was a good experience.
