Nouja is great. She was patient and gave me some advice on what to do to maintain my hair. She is quite obviously very experienced. I was the last person a Monday evening and she still looked after me very well and even showed me how to blow dry my hair with her trusted hairdrier. I tried to tip multiple times on the system so hoping she received the 20% tip.

Booked online. When arrived on time, still had to wait for over half an hour. Seen this lady once before for dry hair tidy up and trimming my ends with front layers and I was very happy. On this occasion she struggled to make it even on both sides and blamed dry cut for it despite doing it before without any issues. Atmosphere in the place was poor and uncomfortable. Every walk-in was turned away despite lots of apts available online (as seen about 1.5 hours before when booking my apt).
