First time with this stylist and no discussion or review before taken to the sinks for hair wash, which I thought was unusual. Usually there's a chat about what's required beforehand. That's all.

Karmen was professional and knew exactly what she was doing.i felt comfortable.She gave me advice when I asked for it.She blow dried my hair,although it was s dry cut.I was impressed by her skill to use the hairdryer in one hand and the brush in the other🙂
