I booked in for Ladies Shampoo & Supercut, Blow Dry, Head Massage with Moisture Boost Treatment 40 minutes. However, I was in&out in 15mins. There was the mere hint of a head massage and certainly no moisture boost. I was not offered any products on my hair before drying,would've been appreciated as I have fine hair. You asked me to comment on my stylist Jennifer but I saw Sarah.Whilst she was pleasant& the end result was a decent cut,not an experience I will be repeating.you get what you pay 4

Zakia did such amazing job! She took so much effort and care to make sure the highlights and tone were exactly right. The blow dry was perfect, will be booking in again for my next appointment
